We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the hair that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cut. Since Human hair is hygienic product. For the hygiene and public safety problem, we DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned.
Refund or exchange is accepted within 48 hours after signing. 2T's Custom Units is glad to refund or exchange all undamaged, unwashed, unworn, unaltered merchandise in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. Please package the unworn, unwashed items with original tags securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
Please Note! If you made a mistake with the specifications for your unit and discovered it after the unit has been made, we WILL NOT be held accountable, so make sure that you review Start of Productions notices carefully for errors and notify us by reply email before production starts on the unit.
Custom items or out of stock items will usually take 2-3 days to process after the order placed, while orders with in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship by USPS/FEDEX. Normally it takes around 2-4 working days to reach you. The delivery times are only estimates due to force of nature or other unmanageable events.
Please note in the event you place an order on the day before or on a National Holiday, we will start processing your order on our next business day. Also there will be some shipping delays during major holiday seasons. We advise if you need orders processed faster to contact customer service prior to placing your order.
